Kale salad #2


I became ADDICTED to kale salads. Trying so many different ingredients and toppings with it and seriously EVERYTHING is delicious. Usually I hate kale, but now it’s one of my favorite salads.

This one is a must try!

Ingredients:
2 handful of kale leaves

1/2 tomato 
a small handful of coriander
1/2 union
t bsp tahini 
a bit of feta
pink himalayan salt
lemon juice
pepper
olive oil (I used with garlic flavor)

Wash the kale, make small cubes from the tomato, spread the coriander, kale, tomato in a bowl and drizzle two teaspoons of tahini over it. add some crumbled feta on top, himalayan salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. peel the union and fry in a pan with a bit of olive oil till golden brown. add to the bowl and enjoy. 🙂
