Choc-chip cookies ❤️


These cookies are THE BEST. I tried them out this morning and they are better than the ones from the store. All the ingrediënts are vegan and sugar free. Super easy to make and it won’t take you more than 30 min. To have these all baked for your coffee break 🙂 

You need:

  • 2 cups of rice flour 
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup 
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I made my own chocolate chunks by cutting a 75% dark chocolate bar into small pieces)

Method:

Preheat the oven on 200 degrees. Add all the cookie ingredients into a bowl and mix until totally combined. Form into balls (makes around 10-12). Put on a lined baking tray and press the balls into small cookie vorms. Bake for around 15-20 min until crisp on the outside but still breakable. You need to let them cool before you lift them off the tray. 

Store in the fridge 🙂
