Tried out a new banana bread. Added cookie/cinnamon spices and it turned out really nice 🙂 Definitely worth trying and this bread is not too wet and not too dry on the inside. just perfect!
- 2 banana’s
- 3 eggs
- 50 gram spelled flour
- 75 gram almond flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. agave syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 5 tbsp gingerbread spices
- small handful mulberries or raisins (optional)
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees.
Cut the banana’s into slices and put it in a small bowl. Add the three eggs.
Mix these together into a batter, until you have no more chunks.
Then you add the spelled flour and almond flour. Mix.
Than add the baking powder, agave syrup, cinnamon powder and gingerbread spices. Make sure to use a spoon before you start with mixing again. Otherwise all the spices will fly around. :p
Mix till it reaches the texture of batter. Add last your mulberries or raisins into the batter. mix it with a spoon.
Place it in a greased cake tin, than in the oven for 45 min. Use a skewer to check if the cake is dry inside.
